Il se poursuit en organisant le premier jour et en donnant, en amont toutes les informations utiles pour mettre le nouveau salari\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;aise.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite s&#8217;en suit un processus plus ou moins riches qui va de la documentation mise \u00e0 disposition \u00e0 une vid\u00e9o d&#8217;accueil, \u00e0 un pot, une pr\u00e9sentation officielle \u00e0 chaque membre de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe, l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de tester le produit, l&#8217;opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tier, la possibilit\u00e9 de faire de la relation client ou encore l&#8217;organisation d&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e8nement d&#8217;accueil sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans tous les cas, ce processus d&#8217;accueil doit donner au nouveau salari\u00e9 les cl\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension de l&#8217;entreprise, du produit et des r\u00e8gles de communication et de travail entre les gens.
